Bin Ali Group Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2010 by Langkawi entrepreneur, Faiz Sazali. Bin Ali Group specialises in businesses anchored on three niches namely property development, travel and tours, and transportation. Bin Ali Group is established with a view to regulate its subsidiaries. The subsidiaries of Bin Ali Group include Bin Ali Holidays, RZ Travel and Tours, Heli Outpost, Bin Ali Residency, Bin Ali Guesthouse (Vasa Cottage), Coco Palm Inn and an upcoming project, Langkawi Upside Down House.

BIN ALI HOLIDAYS operates premium tour operation business, ticketing and hotel reservations. RZ TRAVEL AND TOURS provides car rental service from Langkawi airport and jetty while HELI OUTPOST provides helicopter tour services including private scenic helicopter flights and corporate helicopter charter. BIN ALI RESIDENCY offers 16 units of accommodation for monthly rent and COCO PALM INN on the other hand offers 20 rooms for daily rent. Our VASA COTTAGE is a local guesthouse and dormitory which is available for those who are looking for monthly accommodation. Another project in our portfolio coming up soon is LANGKAWI UPSIDE DOWN HOUSE which is targeted to be a tourist attraction.

Bin Ali Group today has more than 50 employees, comprised of passionate and experienced young locals who are geared to the success of our group. We see our employees as an asset and believe in investing in our people first, in order to bring value to others.

We welcomed the dawn of 2017 with positivity and we are humbly proud of the continued growth of Bin Ali Group Sdn Bhd in its 8 years of establishment. Its humble beginning as a small enterprise some years ago and now a known name not only in Langkawi but also Malaysia.

Headquartered in the small and serene village Nyior Chabang in Langkawi, Bin Ali Group has a few small companies and will grow steadily in 2017 with more companies under its wings. Most of the businesses are services based, being travel and tours, car rentals, helicopter tours as well as real estate. 

Founded on family values, Bin Ali has provided the best of its services to both customers and partners, not to mentioned it has created job vacancies to the youth if Langkawi. More than 50 employees under its Group, Bin Ali places great priority on the welfare of its employees and always strive to serve the best for its customers.

RZ Travel and Tours

RZ Travel and Tours was incorporated in 2005 and licensed by the Ministry of Tourism in Malaysia.

RZ Travel and Tours manages vehicle rental services in Langkawi, which operates from our counter at Langkawi jetty and airport. We intend to help tourists by providing car rental services immediately after they arrive in Langkawi either by ferries or planes. Upon your arrival, our transporter will assist you to get a suitable car for your need during your stay in Langkawi.

Since its inception, RZ Travel and Tours has focused on core values such as strong customer service and excellent value for money. We take pride in having countless returning customers who are satisfied with our efficient service.

Coco Palm Inn

Situated in Nyior Chabang, only 5-minute drive from Langkawi International Airport, Coco Palm Inn consists of 20 beautifully appointed guest rooms. All rooms are comfortably furnished with modern amenities; queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, hot shower and LCD television with Astro channels.

While lodging at Coco Palm Inn, guests can enjoy Wi-Fi in public areas, hot and cold water dispenser at the corridor, ample parking space and spacious BBQ area. Ironing facilities and prayer mat are available on request.

From Coco Palm Inn, guests can enjoy easy access to all that the historic city has to offer. Beras Terbakar is a 5-minute drive away, Mahsuri Mausoleum is a 10-minute drive away, while Cable Car is a 20-minute drive from the motel. Sucitra Homestay

Sucitra House is a double-storey, end-lot unit located at Taman Seri Wawasan, Jalan Padang Gaong, Mukim Ulu Melaka, Langkawi, Kedah.

For RM350 per night, we provide our guests with 4 bedrooms suitable for a big family. For those who love the outdoors, our lawn is great for family activities such as barbecues and picnics. We also provide Astro in order to ensure our guests to stay entertained.

We are strategically located at the centre of the historical island and can be easily accessed. Our house is:

-15 minutes from Kuah Jetty,

-5 minutes from Langkawi International Airport,

-20 minutes from Langkawi Cable Car,

-15 minutes to Pantai Chenang,

-5 minutes to Makam Mahsuri, Nasi Dagang Pak Malau, and

-near ATV rental, food stalls, petrol station, laundry etc.

Sucitra House comprises of:

1 bedroom downstairs with queen-sized bed (air-conditioned),

1 bedroom upstairs with queen-sized bed (air-conditioned),

1 bedroom upstairs with queen-sized bed (with ceiling fan),

1 bedroom upstairs with 2 single-beds (air-conditioned), and

3 bathrooms (one downstairs and 2 upstairs).

You don't have to miss your hot shower as we have water heaters in our bathroom. We also provide extra pillows, iron and ironing board, prayer mats, refrigerator and basic cooking utensils for your convenience. If you have extra company and need extra mattresses, we only charge at RM30 each.

As we are situated at a friendly neighbourhood, you will get to experience a quiet 'kampung' feel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bin Ali Residency is a housing project by Bin Ali Group which consist of 16 one-storey terrace house nestled in Bohor Cantek, Padang Matsirat Langkawi. 12 units out of 16 units in Bin Ali Residency have 2 bedrooms each, while the remaining 4 units have 3 bedrooms.

Bin Ali Residency is near its completion phase and will be ready in 2017. Bin Ali Residency is built with the intention to cater to the demand of housing needs due to the increase of population in Langkawi. We are delighted to help you. Vasa Cottage

Vasa Cottage (previously Langkawi Guest House) is a secret gem located at Kuala Teriang, and has been in operation since 2007. Vasa Cottage has a master house of four bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, nice and sufficient for your Langkawi village experience. Surrounding the main house are 16 individual rooms, with double sized bed and bathroom inside each. All rooms are completed with fan or aircond and water heater, all available to be rent on a daily or monthly basis by individuals or company staff. Vasa Cottage is a great choice for those who yearns a peaceful and relaxing village experience as it is situated in a small kampung with friendly villagers, but not remote from basic amenities such as laundry, grocery shops etc. The friendliness of the people will make you feel at home and definitely a choice for those who would love to feel the authentic kampung feel in Langkawi.
